Welcome To PROMIS

Upon admission to the PROMIS Recovery Centre all patients receive a bag containing workbooks and reading material which they will use during their time with us. Patients also receive a 'patient handbook' which provides them with useful information and assists them to settle in during their first few days.

PROMIS understand that coming into treatment can be a dis-orientating experience and that packing may not be a high priority, because of this we provide a welcome pack of Molton Brown toiletries including toothbrush and shampoo etc that will see you through your first couple of days until we are able to get your personal toiletries. Christine will be happy to shop for any items that you have forgotten including items of clothing.

Towels are provided for the the duration of your stay with PROMIS.
